Association with Other Modeling Clubs:

Modeling Areas of Interest:

I have worked as a Project Manager/Estimator in the Commercial General Construction industry for almost 40 years.  I am currently the Chief Estimator for a mid-sized General Contractor, based in Kerrville, TX., and am looking forward to retiring in a couple of years so I can finally build all those kits stored in my attic!

I am a founding member and currently President of the IPMS-USA Tex Hill Chapter known as the Texas Hill Country Scale Modelers.

I will build nearly anything that interests me, but mostly model WWII and Modern era Aircraft.

Modeling Skills:

I have gotten pretty good at weathering, I think.

I have won several trophies at Region 6 contests over the years.  I am most proud of my Past Officer’s Award plaque for the “Best Model With IPMS/USA Convention Decals” that I won at the 2012 convention in Orlando for my 1/72 scale “Yankee Station Mig Killers” collection.

Other Hobbies:

I also enjoy working in the yard, listening to my pretty vast music collection and attending live music events by my favorite singer/songwriters, woodworking, and hunting, when I can.
